Do I need to prepare single cells before sending samples?

No need to prepare single cells yourself — we offer an end-to-end solution. Simply send us your samples, and we’ll handle the rest. Our team provides tissue dissociation, nuclei isolation, and sample QC to ensure your materials meet the platform’s requirements.
What types of samples do you support for single-cell RNA-seq?

We support frozen and FFPE samples. Fresh samples are accepted in select regions only. Each sample type comes with specific submission guidelines — please reach out to our technical team for details.
