MobiDrop Single-Cell/Nuclei Sequencing Data Overview

Across different tissue types, the number of high-quality cells captured under a 100 Gb sequencing depth generally ranges from 10,000 to 15,000, with sequencing saturation maintained between 30% and 60%.

All tested samples achieved median gene counts above 1,000. In certain cases—such as bladder cancer—the median exceeded 3,000, reaching up to 3,500, indicating strong transcriptome coverage even in complex tissues.
